What every shopkeeper asks first.

I'm not good with computers. Can I run this?
If you can fill in a register, you can run this. It's the same information, in the same order, and most of the screen is in Roman Urdu.
How long does a stock audit actually take?
For about a hundred phones, roughly ten to fifteen minutes. You can pause and finish later.
What happens to my old records?
We bring your current stock and outstanding udhar in at the start, before you go live. That's included, not extra.
What if the internet goes out?
The software runs on your own computer, so work doesn't stop. It syncs again when the connection returns.
Can anyone else see my data?
No. Each shop's data is separate and locked, and only one login can be active at a time. The password is only with you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, either way, at the start of any month.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows computer and a USB cable. A barcode scanner and thermal printer help but aren't required. Full list on the setup page.
