Your shop data stays on your own computer. We keep a copy in the cloud so you never lose it.
We store what the app needs: shop name, owner name, city, WhatsApp number, email, and your stock, sales, customers and accounts.
We never sell your data. We never hand it to anyone.
We don’t read your books. Not your stock, not your profit, not your customers. There is no reason for us to look and we don’t.
If you need help and want us to check something, you switch it on yourself, and it switches off on its own.
Customer names and numbers you enter belong to your customers. Keep them safe, and only use them for your shop.
Your public catalog shows what you choose to show — model, price, photos. Nothing else leaves the app.
We use Google Firebase to store and back up. Your data sits on their servers.
Backups run daily, cloud and computer. Three days are kept, then the oldest is replaced.
Stop using Stock Sync and your data stays on your computer. Tell us and we clear the cloud copy.
We don’t track you, don’t run ads, and don’t use analytics that follow you around.
